                               RESOLUTION NO. 19565
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF 
                   CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF 
                   WERT STREET AND SPEARS AVENUE FROM THE HEIRS 
                   OF CARRIE J. STARKS, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN 
                   CONDITIONS, WITH SAID PROPERTY TO BE USED 
                   FOR A PLAYGROUND/PARK AND TO BE DESIGNATED 
                   AS "STARKS PARK."
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby accepted 
       certain property located at the corner of Wert Street and Spears 
       Avenue from the heirs of Carrie J. Starks, subject to certain 
       conditions, with said property to be used for a playground/park 
       and to be designated as "Starks Park."
